Are there services that are NOT offered?
Yes, there are a few things we can’t do. This includes:
- Anything that involves personal or medical care, such as bathing, dressing or feeding, or administering medications.
- Anything requiring a fiduciary relationship, such as writing checks.
- We cannot transport those in wheelchairs but we can connect them to Metro Access and help them fill out the appropriate forms. However, walkers and canes are acceptable.
Is there a maximum distance for transportation services?
Yes, we provide transportation services within Montgomery county only. However, we're more than happy to help connect seniors to other transportation services in the area.
